These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile applications and desktop software published by ianChrist007 (“we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Apps”). By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Apps.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information. By using our Apps, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Not every provision below applies to every App. We indicate where a term is app-specific or may apply in the future.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any App, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age, or you are using the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using an App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our Apps for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense any App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any App, except where permitted by applicable law
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use any App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair our services
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, or similar tools) to access or extract data from our Apps without our written permission
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security, access control, or payment features

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by ianChrist007.

User Accounts

Some Apps offer optional account sign-in through Google Sign-In (currently available in Philippine Check Writer and Bible Master). When you create or use an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable Use

When using our Apps, you agree not to:

• Upload, transmit, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Apps, servers, or networks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts, or data
• Use our Apps to send spam, malware, or other harmful code
• Violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Use AI features to generate content intended to deceive, harass, or cause harm

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these rules, including removing content and terminating access.

AI-Powered Features

Several Apps include AI-powered features, including Bible Master, Bible Rabbi, and Lutong AI. When using these features, you understand and agree that:

• AI-generated responses are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You should not rely on it as professional, medical, financial, legal, or religious advice.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
• You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content and for verifying important information through authoritative sources.

For Bible-related Apps, AI responses are study aids and do not replace consultation with qualified religious leaders, scholars, or counselors.

Financial and Calculator Apps

Banking Calculator PH, PesoTally, and Philippine Check Writer (mobile and desktop) are tools designed to assist with calculations, deposits, and check writing. You acknowledge that:

• All calculations, amounts, and outputs are estimates based on the information you provide.
• Our Apps do not constitute financial, banking, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
• You are solely responsible for verifying all figures, spellings, payee names, amounts, and dates before using any output for official or financial purposes.
• We are not liable for errors, omissions, or losses resulting from reliance on calculator or check-writing results.
• You should consult qualified professionals for financial, legal, or tax decisions.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some Apps offer one-time in-app purchases or recurring subscriptions through Google Play Billing:

• All payments are processed by Google. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period through your Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s refund policies.
• If you cancel a subscription, you retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.
• We may change pricing, features, or subscription plans with reasonable notice where required by applicable law.

Currently live: Philippine Check Writer offers Google Play subscriptions. Other Apps may add in-app purchases or subscriptions in the future.

Advertising

Some Apps may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. When ads are shown:

• Ad content and targeting are managed by Google in accordance with Google’s advertising policies.
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
• You can limit ad personalization through your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads on Android).

Note: Not every App displays ads today. We may add advertising to additional Apps over time.

Intellectual Property

All Apps, including their design, code, graphics, text, logos, and trademarks, are owned by ianChrist007 or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You retain ownership of content you create or input into our Apps (such as check drafts, recipes, notes, or quiz answers).
• By submitting content to features that use cloud sync or AI processing, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the relevant App features.
• You may not use our name, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

Children’s App

Cailynn’s World is designed for young children (ages 2–5) as a learning tool. If a child uses this App:

• A parent or legal guardian must supervise the child’s use.
• Parents are responsible for ensuring the App is used appropriately for the child’s age and development.
• The App does not require account creation or collect personal information from children, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Our Apps may integrate with third-party services, including Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, Supabase, and the Expo Push Notification Service. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR APPS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• Any App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Defects will be corrected
• Any App or its content will meet your requirements or expectations
• Results obtained from using any App will be accurate or reliable

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IANCHRIST007 AND ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR APPS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR APPS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ianChrist007 and its developers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of our Apps
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit through our Apps

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any App, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law.

You may stop using our Apps at any time by uninstalling them from your device. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Apps shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice within the affected App or through other reasonable means where required by law.
