This Privacy Policy describes how ianChrist007 (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile applications (“Apps”). This policy applies to all Apps published under our Google Play developer account.

By using any of our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

Not every feature described below applies to every App. We indicate where a practice is app-specific or may be added in the future.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

Depending on the App you use, you may provide:

• Account information — When you sign in with Google (available in Philippine Check Writer and Bible Master), we receive your name, email address, and profile information from Google.
• App inputs — Text you enter in calculators, check writers, recipe generators, Bible study tools, quizzes, and other in-app forms.
• AI prompts — Questions and requests you submit to AI-powered features in Apps such as Bible Master, Bible Rabbi, and Lutong AI.

We do not require you to create an account to use most of our Apps.

Information Stored Locally on Your Device

Many Apps store data only on your device using local storage (such as AsyncStorage). This may include:

• App preferences (theme, sound, notification settings)
• Progress, scores, bookmarks, and history
• Drafts, presets, and saved content
• Shopping lists, pantry items, and kitchen profiles

This locally stored data is not transmitted to us unless you explicitly use a cloud sync or backup feature.

Information Collected Automatically

Some Apps may automatically collect:

• Device identifier — A randomly generated ID used for anonymous sync or usage tracking (for example, in Lutong AI).
• Push notification token — In Bible Master, to deliver notifications via the Expo Push Notification Service.
• App version and device type — To check for updates and ensure compatibility.

We do not use third-party analytics services such as Firebase Analytics.

Advertising Data (When Ads Are Shown)

Some Apps may display advertisements through Google AdMob. When ads are shown, Google may collect:

• Advertising ID (GAID on Android)
• IP address and general location (country/region level)
• Device type, operating system, and app version
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

We do not directly collect this advertising data. It is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google’s advertising policies.

Note: Not every App displays ads today. We may add advertising to additional Apps over time. When we do, this section will apply to those Apps.

Purchase Data (When IAP or Subscriptions Are Used)

Apps that offer in-app purchases or subscriptions use Google Play Billing. When you make a purchase:

• Payment is processed entirely by Google. We do not receive or store your credit card or payment details.
• We receive purchase tokens, transaction IDs, and subscription status from Google to verify your entitlements and unlock premium features.
• Purchase records may be stored on our servers (via Supabase) to manage your subscription or premium access.

Currently live: Philippine Check Writer offers Google Play subscriptions. Other Apps may add in-app purchases or subscriptions in the future.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our Apps
• Power AI features (recipe generation, Bible study chat, and similar tools)
• Sync your data across devices when you use a signed-in account
• Verify purchases and manage premium entitlements
• Send push notifications you have opted into
• Display advertisements in Apps where ads are enabled
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Advertising

Some of our Apps may display ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve ads that may be personalized based on your interests or non-personalized based on contextual information.

You can limit ad personalization on Android by visiting Settings → Google → Ads and enabling “Opt out of Ads Personalization,” or through Google’s Ads Settings.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some Apps offer one-time in-app purchases or recurring subscriptions through Google Play Billing:

• All payments are handled by Google. We never see or store your payment card details.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period through your Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s refund policies.
• If you cancel a subscription, you retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.

To manage or cancel subscriptions, open Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

App-Specific Practices

Apps with Cloud Features (Supabase)

Bible Master, Bible Rabbi, Lutong AI, and Philippine Check Writer use Supabase as a cloud backend. Data sent to Supabase may include AI chat messages, saved recipes, check drafts, sync data, and account information. This data is stored on Supabase servers, which may be located outside the Philippines.

Philippine Check Writer

In addition to cloud sync and Google sign-in, this App processes subscription purchases through Google Play and stores entitlement data to manage your premium plan.

PureVerse

This App may request access to your device’s media library to save verse images you create. Images are saved only when you explicitly choose to export them. The App also schedules local notifications for daily verses.

Bible Master

This App may register for push notifications and store an Expo push token to deliver reminders. AI Bible chat messages may be sent to Supabase for processing.

Cailynn’s World

This is a children’s learning App for ages 2–5. See the Children’s Privacy section below.

Local-Only Apps

Banking Calculator PH, PesoTally, and Photography Mastery Guide store all data locally on your device. They do not transmit personal data to our servers. Cailynn’s World also operates primarily on local storage.

We use the following third-party services that may collect information:

Children’s Privacy

Cailynn’s World is designed for young children (ages 2–5). We take children’s privacy seriously:

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
• The App does not require account creation or collect names, email addresses, or contact information from children.
• All learning progress is stored locally on the device.
• Parental settings are protected behind a hold-to-unlock gate.

If we ever add advertising to Cailynn’s World, we will only use age-appropriate, non-personalized ads through Google-certified ad SDKs, in compliance with the Google Play Families Policy.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us at privacy@ianchrist007.com and we will promptly delete it.

Data Retention and Deletion

• Local data — Uninstalling an App removes locally stored data from your device.
• Cloud data — If you use a signed-in account, you may request deletion of your cloud-stored data by emailing privacy@ianchrist007.com. We will process requests within 30 days.
• Purchase records — We retain purchase and subscription records as needed to provide premium features, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

International Data Transfers

Our Apps are operated from the Philippines. Data processed by Supabase, Google, and other third-party services may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside the Philippines, including in the United States. By using our Apps, you consent to such transfers.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
